Claiming to be Ireland's highest pub, set in the Dublin Mountains above Enniskerry at over 1,000 feet, Johnnie Fox's has been welcoming visitors since 1798. It runs nightly Hooley traditional music and Irish dancing shows, serves superb seafood chowder and beef cheeks, and has welcomed everyone from Daniel O'Connell to U2. A full mountain experience, 45 minutes from the city centre.
